2025 season starts this week

Good afternoon and welcome to the 2025 racks pool and sports bar sponsored Summer Pool League.

Back for our 36th year we get under way with our revamped team knockout competitions.

The knockout has been split into Tuesday and Wednesday nights separate comps matches this season will be the first to 8 frames. Teams require a minimum of 5 players for cup matches and no player can play anymore than 3 frames on the night.

We are going to be running a 3 player knockout comp over the course of the season.  Players can come from any team and be made of either male or female players. £10 entry per team we require a minimum of 8 to allow it to run. 

 

Any teams needing to remove players who are not playing for teams will need to send the league a message and they will remove th at the earliest opportunity they have. Players who play a game cannot be removed unless transferring to another team and the appropriate fee paid.

League matches get underway next week and just a reminder that the prem will play 20 frames with a minimum of 5 players needed and 4 frames each maximum.

The rest of the divisions will play 14 frames and need a minimum of 5 players each. 4 players can play a maximum of3 frames and one 2 frames.
