AGM 2024 - Minutes and Summer League Finals

AGM

Thankyou to everyone attending the AGM this Wednesday, 28th of August. It was great to have so many teams attending and taking part in the meeting. It's much appreciated by all the Committee.

As a result of the elections we welcome Lindsay Russell and Zander Khan as new members of the Committee. And we thank Elena Ionescu for her excellent work as Interleague Director and League Development Director.

The Committee, Constitution and Winter League Rules pages have now all been updated to reflect the changes voted on at the AGM.

The bigger outcomes were around how Doubles frames are timed (all shots are 45 seconds, and disussion is allowed), and the structural changes around how the Interleague teams are managed.

Summer League

We also held the finals of the Summer League competitions. Congratulations to Breaking the Tip for winning the Summer League, and Rack n Roll for winning the Plate competition.

It's our second season of Summer League, and we're delighted that so many teams entered this year - thankyou to everyone who took part.

Winter League 2024/25

And finally, as you all hopefully know - registration for the Winer League is now open and you can register here.

Registration closes on September 18th, and the Winter League will start on Wednesday, October 2nd
