Match Format

All matches are Best of 14 Frames - aka Race to 8, or a 7-7 draw. Once a player reaches 8, the match ends. Do not play the rest of the frames. Players are awarded 1 point for a draw and 3 points for a win. Rankings then decided by: Frame Difference -> Matches Won -> Head to Head. If at the end of the season 2 places are tied and their match was a draw, the player who reached 7 first in that match will go above the other player.

Arranging Matches
Matches will be scheduled for Mondays, fortnightly at 7pm. If a player cannot make it, they should re-arrange for the ‘gap’ Monday. If that is also not possible, a player can rearrange for any date within 3 weeks of the scheduled match date, up to 3 times per season. Once this quota is reached, the player concedes the match 8-0. Payment Players cannot be in arears of subs or registration fee. The £25 fee must be paid before the fixtures are drawn, and a player cannot play a match until their subs for that week are paid. If a player doesn’t pay their subs in time for their match, their opponent will be awarded an 8-0 win. 

Extenuating Circumstances
The above rules will be enforced except for in extenuating circumstances which may include: unforeseen medical issues, pre-agreed work commitments, pre-agreed long-term holidays. If you wish to pre-agree a period of dates you will not be available for matches before the season starts, please speak to me and these will be published to the rest of the League before we start. This includes any absences of longer than 2 weeks.

Conduct
Any antisocial behaviour may result in immediately being removed from the league without refund.

Promotion and Relegation

At the end of this 1st season, players who finish in the bottom 2 spots will have to 'playoff' to keep their spaces in the league against the first two people who may contact me to get put on the waiting list.

The playoff matches will be a race to 10.

If you are beaten in the playoff match, you will be replaced for Season 2, and will be top of the Waiting List for Season 3 if you want in.
