Opening Remarks and Welcome.
- Thanks to all captains and their cooperation throughout the previous season.

2024 season fee's brief.

2024 Season start date being 27th february 2024.

Change proposals.
Proposals:
- Alter the existing 6 singles and 3 doubles to 7 singles and 2 doubles - Voted Against.
- Bank Holidays to be playing days - Voted Against.
- Change the start time of matches from 20:00 to 19:00 - Voted Against.
- Breaking off to be as per 'Black Ball Rules" - Voted Against.
- The overall rules of the league to change and enforce Black Ball Rules - Voted Against.
- League 1 to have a play off at the end of the season to determine final promotion place. - Voted Against.
- Ability to register/transfer players upon 75% of fixtures completed - Implemented.
- Teams found playing an unregistered player to result in forfeit, and opposition receiving a 9-0 win - Implemented.
- Talking on doubles to only be acceptable once broken off, afterwards only able to point in order to assist - Voted Against.
- If a ball over the pocket drops in without reason, it is to be placed back where it initially was with no foul - Implemented.
Summaries:
- During the evening of a match where a dispute takes place, only the players involved and the referee is to come to an agreement. No other player on the night is to be involved.
- Agreed that 3 teams from the Premier League are to be relegated, and 3 teams from League 1 are to be promoted.
- Secretary informed delegates of reports regarding certain teams displaying unsportsmanlike behaviour towards opponents, and it being the same teams each time.
