League fees to stay as is voted by unanimous vote details below

£20 per month League Fees

£20 Xmas Draw

£20 Easter Draw

£10 fine for none attendance at Monthly Meeting

£5 fine failing to txt results through before Friday evening

£10 none attendance of a League match without 24hours notice, to be paid direct to the Landlord/Landlady of the opposing fixture

£1 per additional players signed on after the first delegates meeting

£2 per player for individuals and doubles competitions

Information

First Delegates Meeting is Tuesday 27th August 8:30pm Castle on Thill

Sign on Sheets must be handed in on that evening players on those sheets should already be registered on the RackemApp and league fees and any new team bonds paid.

 

Cliff Dalimore competition proposed to be held on 29th  August at the Vic, however with no Vic team in the competition, its been decided to speak to Dwain to see if the competition is going ahead, so will bring that info to the delegates meeting next week and a decision will then be made.

 

First League fixture will be 5th  September, look out on the website for the fixtures or check your RackemApp.
