Players are responsible for ensuring the games are played by the deadline.  Not extensions will be available.  Please schedule your games as soon as possible.  

If the venue will not provide the table for free, the cost of the games should be split between both players. 

If you are paying by bank transfer please note your entry is not confirmed until you have paid your entry fee. You will receive an email receipt when your payment has been acknowledged.
