Nes pots Under 50's
Lucky Break 'A' cue man Steve Nesden potted his was from 4 - 1 down to beat team-mate and doubles partner Callum Mulhern 5 - 4 in the final of the under 50's at the Lucky Break Pool Hall. Nes was in sparkling form all night as he negotiated a very tough passage to the final, he beat Shootout winner Jack Schofield before out potting Ryan Dolman and in the semi finals he ended the great run of Coton Gloves Matt Gill. In the other half of the draw Callumn ended the hopes of Riley Ashton-Smith, Jason Frost before before beating the inform Max Bromley to make the final.
The over 50's at Coton Sports club played down to the last 4, singles champion Glenn Dunn made it through and will play Sultan Smashers Ian Jones for a place in the final. The other semi finals also sees players for Newdigate and Sultans Smashers face each other as Darren Lee faces Colin Richards.
